Very professional, friendly team at reception. Great breakfast. Really good hotel. Slightly tired decor, paintwork etc, but that didn’t matter. The rooms & bathrooms were spotless. Good shower. Everything was excellent….except for the following….

Location is perfect, room nice but our (me and my 10-years son) last emotion is breakfast box. I don't understand it - we ask about certain food (my son eat only musli and yogurt), lady at reception wrote it but finally nothing from these wasn't there. It looks that breakfast box prepare someone who doesn't travel, because we can't eat any of these foods in the airport (how can I eat biscuit with nutella in glass or orange?). Finally we had to buy breakfast at the airport ...

Overall the hotel was very well presented and had very helpful attentive staff. The location was exceptional for visitors to Milan, next to tube / metro, railway station to airport and walking distance of many of the key attractions. Good to have breakfast included, the food was fresh and staff maintained a good level of hygiene and service.

The hotel is in the center of Milano - so we allmost did not use the metro, and when we used it - the station is located 20 meters from the hotel entry. We hired a car for part of our vacation and the hotel parking was very usefull: there is an elevator from the garage to the rooms. The reception was very usefull and helped us to fill the C tax that we had to pay for the car. When we prefered not going out to dinner - the hotel restaurant have dinner exclusively for the guests. We felt there at home and the food is excelent: after we ate there the first time - we didn't look for restaurants for dinner.

Friendly, helpful staff! Excellent room with very comfortable queen size bed. Air conditioning was excellent and just what we needed after a hot walk. The rain shower was astonishing! 3/4 mi from Duomo and Gallateria. Oh! And, the breakfast! Wonderful selection… even a real honeycomb for the fresh bread provided.

1) The location of the hotel was just perfect for us as it was walking distance to all the main attractions we wished to visit - Duomo Cathedral, Sforzesco Castle, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Teatro alla Scala and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Besides, for our Lake Como tour the starting point was just opposite the hotel. It also had an abundance of restaurants and cafes which offered plenty of choices of meals. 2) The Junior Suite where we stayed was very comfortable in terms of facilities in the room, comfortable beds and pillows, clean bathrooms with good toiletries and mini bar options 3) The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices available

Hotel is in the center of Milano. Location is so close to the Duomo (10 mins by foot). Also my room has a Sforzesco Castle view. If you head up first time to Milano, I strongly recommend to stay here. Moreover, people in hotel (from receptionist to room cleaner) always there for to help you.

This was our 2nd visit to Milan, and again, stayed at this wonderful hotel! Great location, friendly staff, and close, walk-able to all the major attractions; numerous restaurants, & shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and safe. Breakfast is wonderful, with a great variety of food, both Italian & American. Just around the corner, is their Metro, buses, trolley, and trams. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend.

Locatieontwikkelaar is good Room we had to change twice as the airconditioning was not working in one (room 222 )and the refrigerator in the other room ( room 105 )was defect and the room was not clean Then we got a very good room ( room 205 )upgrading but no extra charges ) The personeel was very Nice helpfull The restaurant was very good
