Excellent location, walking distance to most places and right next to an underground station! Hotel was lovely, felt very safe especially with reception staff available at all times who were super helpful. The sweets and water at reception was a nice touch after a day of walking! Breakfast was good with healthy options available too. The room was good size especially for Italy with all you’d expect plus complimentary water! The bathroom had products which were very nice! Blackout curtains and comfy bed! I’ve stayed at UNA hotels in Rome & Naples too and a good trusty hotel group for reasonable prices! Would recommend walking to Brera for dinner / shopping as it’s 10 mins away and really lovely! Also recommend the 3 day underground pass which was €15 and we used it everyday as far quicker than taxis!

The hotel's location was fantastic, central to everything I needed to do and close to some main elements of the city. The view from my room was amazing, the overall aesthetic of the room, design, and comfortability. It had great sunlight and large windows, plenty of space for luggage with very large closets. For a European room it was really amazing to have a large room. The hotel was very hospitable for any request and the front desk team was very amazing. The hotel is very organized and met every request above and beyond. I was very impressed and well taken care of. The hotel is very safe as well, with security and front desk staff 24/7.

The property was excellent, located perfectly and 10 mins from Berera, Duomo, Cardena Station which had excellent links to Malpensa Milan Airport and Lake Como. The staff were amazing and so so helpful, nothing was too much for them. The property was clean. We were celebrating our anniversary and got upgraded to a Junior Suite too. Absoloutely loved our stay and will definitely stay here again. Book this hotel you won’t be disappointed. The location was perfect and very accessible roads for anyone in a wheelchair.

Our room was very quiet, with windows on the internal yard. Also, we tried Millanian food experience at hotel's restaurant. It was the best collection of dishes we tried in Millan (but it's huge, you should be very hungry to eat this). We had cosmetics and everything that could be needed in room. Unforgettable time.

The room was a good size and comfortable, and the coffee machine is a great value, The bathroom needs some renovation although it was very clean and comfortable. the view from my windows was stunning.
